30 Days Free Cancellation Policy: Guests are entitled to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of their arrival.
Promotional Non-Refundable Rates: In our commitment to offering a diverse pricing strategy, we occasionally provide the option to book properties at Non-Refundable Rates, typically up to 15% lower than the standard rate for the same property with a refundable option. We implement these rates to ensure optimal occupancy and offer you exceptional value. With a Non-Refundable Rate, guests pay the full price if they cancel, make changes, or no-show. These exclusive promotional rates are available at a reduced price and are Strictly Non-Refundable. During the booking process, a distinct message highlighting the Non-Refundable Policy will be displayed, and we encourage a thorough review of these terms to ensure they meet the travel needs before completing the reservation.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that while we strive to offer flexibility in our bookings, certain fees associated with your reservation are non-refundable to cover pre-arrival preparations. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning fees and service charges. Such fees will be clearly itemized at the time of booking to ensure transparency and help manage your expectations effectively.
Refund Policy
Processing of Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 3 to 30 business days of the cancellation request, depending on the payment method selected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the guest.
Alterations to Bookings: Should you need to modify your booking dates or details, please contact us at your earliest convenience. While we strive to accommodate your requests, any changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Special Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters or other significant events, we will consider cancellation requests on an individual basis.

Infinite Spot LLC reserves the right to amend this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests with existing bookings.
